UPDATE ON PAYMENT OF BONUSES

Dear Member,

We are currently working on a solution that will be offered to all
existing active memberships. Without the possibility of a continuous
uninterrupted transfer of funds from our bank, we would not be able to
conduct business as we had done for the past 4 and the half years.

Our intended solution is in line with trying to ensure that currently
active memberships are offered alternatives which can be seen as
equitable. While our main focus will be to ensure that all members current
circumstance is looked into, we will work on solutions which are practical
and viable at this point in time

Our final offer will be issued on or before the 17th of June, and will
carry alternatives and deadlines for course of action.

We apologise for inconvenience caused up to this point.

Payment Delay issue

Dear Member,

Please take note that we have not been able to resolve the issue of
financial restriction at this moment in time. We are continuing to work on
getting a permanent solution, but cannot be certain of the time frame it
will take.

Here's the Update.

Here's a quick update.
We have confirmed the following below:-

1) Xthreem Inc. is not trying to run away with the fact
that this is happening, they are still trying to solve
this payment issue. Below is a email sent by Xthreem Inc
on 5 Apr 2008, 3.05am.

2) Their bank account is now under investigation for
money laundering and they are submitting the required
supporting documents.

We will be looking at protecting your
interest first. We have written to them formally to
provide a long term solution for this. We have given
them till end of April to give us a formal reply and
a PROPER SOLUTION.

While waiting for their formal reply, we are discussing
with our legal adviser to see how to pursuit this on a
proper note.

Official notification : Delay in Payment of Bonuses

Dear Member,

Over the past week, we have received mails on the actual circumstance of
the payment for bonuses.
We are in the process of addressing an audit investigation of our
remittances, and have been requested to submit supporting documents to
show that our business transactions are legal and do not contravene any
money laundering act.

Due to the sensitive nature of this matter, we were unable to provide more
details but request that you allow us time to resolve this matter.

OMH on behalf of members will be taking action

The dateline given by Xthreem Inc, 2 weeks has apparently
just expired. There is no news from them as yet, however we,
OMH (OnlineMoney Hub LLP) has decided to take legal action
on behalf of members as well as for our company, against
Xthreem Inc. for demanding of payment.

While we are here doing all the necessary actions, Ryan is
flying to Hong Kong to investigate more on Xthreem Inc.

We will be keeping post to update all our members, and for
the meantime, please do recommend people who are interested
in the product ONE System and AKids. The request for
reselling is piling and we truly need assistance in referring.

For those who wanted to do reselling as a reseller of the
courses, please write in to us and we will then discuss with
you on the reseller commissions.

About the payout delay

Hi,

I believe you are all very anxious to receive the news about
the payout, and feel very frustrated when there is no news
yet about it. We felt that too, and we know we need to do
something on our side.

Since Xthreem Inc. has mentioned 2 weeks, and that will be
until 31st March 2008, we shall wait until then. If by 31st
March 2008
we have yet to receive news about the Payout from
Xthreem Inc, we will be taking necessary legal action
against Xthreem Inc.

We will keep all our members in the loop with regards to the
payment and any legal action that we are taking, where
applicable.

We appreciate you for being with us all these time and we
also appreciate the patience and trust you have given to us.

We will do all we can to protect our members.

Delay in remittance of Payment!

Dear Member

We apologise for the delay in payment over the last 2 monthly cycles.
Currently, our total outward remittance has increased significantly and
this has raised some concerns with certain authorities. Please bear with
us as we are required to submit some documentation for clarification.

In my previous email, we anticipated that this will take a minimum 2
weeks.We estimate that this process may now take about 4 to 5 weeks, but
are working on alternative ways to remit funds. As this process is not
within our control, we will do our best to resolve matters.Members will
receive their due bonuses as soon as this is sorted.
