Payment Delay issue

Dear Member,

Please take note that we have not been able to resolve the issue of
financial restriction at this moment in time. We are continuing to work on
getting a permanent solution, but cannot be certain of the time frame it
will take.

Here's the Update.

Here's a quick update.
We have confirmed the following below:-

1) Xthreem Inc. is not trying to run away with the fact
that this is happening, they are still trying to solve
this payment issue. Below is a email sent by Xthreem Inc
on 5 Apr 2008, 3.05am.

2) Their bank account is now under investigation for
money laundering and they are submitting the required
supporting documents.

We will be looking at protecting your
interest first. We have written to them formally to
provide a long term solution for this. We have given
them till end of April to give us a formal reply and
a PROPER SOLUTION.

While waiting for their formal reply, we are discussing
with our legal adviser to see how to pursuit this on a
proper note.

Official notification : Delay in Payment of Bonuses

Dear Member,

Over the past week, we have received mails on the actual circumstance of
the payment for bonuses.
We are in the process of addressing an audit investigation of our
remittances, and have been requested to submit supporting documents to
show that our business transactions are legal and do not contravene any
money laundering act.

Due to the sensitive nature of this matter, we were unable to provide more
details but request that you allow us time to resolve this matter.

OMH on behalf of members will be taking action

The dateline given by Xthreem Inc, 2 weeks has apparently
just expired. There is no news from them as yet, however we,
OMH (OnlineMoney Hub LLP) has decided to take legal action
on behalf of members as well as for our company, against
Xthreem Inc. for demanding of payment.

While we are here doing all the necessary actions, Ryan is
flying to Hong Kong to investigate more on Xthreem Inc.

We will be keeping post to update all our members, and for
the meantime, please do recommend people who are interested
in the product ONE System and AKids. The request for
reselling is piling and we truly need assistance in referring.

For those who wanted to do reselling as a reseller of the
courses, please write in to us and we will then discuss with
you on the reseller commissions.
