New Online Presentation Room Installation Guide

Things are moving fast as Wednesday is getting nearer. We will be having our Xthreem Online ’s online presentation on Wednesday in our new Room

In order to guide members through the Installation & Invitation step, we have created a step by step guide They are downloadable through this 3 step guide.

“Right Click & Click Save As” to save this 3 guides into your destop.

We have also include the step by step guide below.

Step 1 First Installation

First time to Voxwire meeting room or using a different system for the first time to Voxwire (Use Internet Explorer 6.0 and above):

1) For those who visit Voxwire meeting room or using a different system for the first time to Voxwire, you will be required and asked to install a file cbinstall.net.exe

2) When the dialog below is launched when you click on Enter the Meeting Room, Click on “Run” and allow the program cbinstall.net.exe to be installed.

3) The program will prompt and suggest to be installed into c:\chatterbox. Choose “Yes” to install to the default folder.

4) Once it is done, go back to your login page: http://www.voxwire.com/login/index.php?r=04707771&a=guest to join the meeting room.
Step 2 : Logging into the Meeting Room

Logging into the meeting room:

1) Make sure Internet Explorer 6.0 and above browser is used for this connection.

2) You can be directed to the URL through Invitations, emails or any other forms: http://www.voxwire.com/login/index.php?r=04707771&a=guest

3) You should see the below page when the link is loaded.

4) In the Log into box, make sure the Access Code is “guest”, the Room ID is “04707771”

5) Make sure no space is used in Your Name, and suggested to put the name of your friend who invited you at the back of your name.
For example, John being invited by Ryan, under “Your Name”, put John_Ryan, Vivian being invited by Ryan will be Vivian_Ryan.

6) Click on “Enter MeetingRoom” button to enter the meeting room.

Step 3 Sending an Invitation

Sending an Invitation using iBizGrams:

1) Go to the URL http://www.ibizgrams.com/voxwire/index.php, and you will see a list of ready invitation templates to be used.

2) Select any one of the templates, like the example below, which has selected the “Announcing”

3) Fill in the Invitation message that you wish to use, your name as how your friend know you, your email address, the recipient email as the email of your guest you intend to invite, the RoomID which is 04707771 and lastly the Access Code as guest. (See below for example)

4) Click on “Preview Your Voxwire Meeting Invitation” to see how your invitation will looks like when your guest receive it. (See below for example)

5) Click “Send Your Voxwire Meeting Invitation” if no more editing required. Click on “Edit Your Voxwire Meeting Invitation” if there are changes to be made.

6) Once send, choose Send another Invitation to send a new invitation to your other guests.
